Our house has
3 Apartments with a large meadow. Apartments
1 and
2 we rent to vacation
guests. The Apartment
3 is the place where we, the Buchbauer Family, stay
for several times a year. The house is next to a private lake called "Ratzsee".
You only need to walk about 5 minutes to swim in the lake. The beautiful
mountains around are named Karawanken. Around this area there are many
hiking trails and bike paths.
For Winterfriends:
Near by are many ski areas
which can be reached easily by car.

Apartment
1, for approximately

First floor (up
one stairway) to the right
Two bedrooms, one is
11 sq m with a marriage bed and also a bed for a baby. The other is a
small bedroom for
one person. There is also a couch which makes into a double bed in the
living room.
Living room is approximately 35 sq m with a kitchen inside.
Television is included.
Includes a shower, toilet (restroom), balcony
(seaside) which is 18 sq m.
The kitchen includes
a coffee machine, an oven with 4 hot plates, an oven for baking, insert
sink, several cabinets, pots, dishes, drinking glasses, table ware, no
dish towels.
All rooms have windows to
the outside.

2, for approximately

guests:
First floor (up
one stairway) to the right
One
bedroom, 11 sq m, with a marriage bed.
Also a couch which makes into a double bed in the living
room.
Living
room, approximately 26 sq m, with a kitchen
inside. Television is included.
Shower, toilet (restroom), balcony, 32 sq m (view onto
Hollenburg).
The
kitchen: coffee machine, oven with 4 hot
plates, oven for baking, insert sink, several cabinets, pots, dishes, drinking
glasses, table ware, no dish towels.
All rooms have windows to the outside.

you want to bring animals along, it must get acknowledged by us in writing.
